With over 20 years of experience in body mechanics, movement, and mindful training, Jenise brings a uniquely elevated approach to Pilates. A former dancer and competitive triathlete, she understands firsthand the power of intelligent movement and functional alignment.
Jenise completed her Comprehensive STOTT PILATES certification in 2011 and, in 2025, earned the prestigious designation of Internationally Trained Master Instructor at the STOTT PILATES® Headquarters in Toronto. She has worked with hundreds of clients across the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in functional strength, post-rehabilitation, and longevity-focused movement.
Her mission is simple: help every client move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Outside the studio, she’s inspired by travel, wellness, and dance—always learning and bringing fresh insight to her teaching.
